Shipping and returns handled by Futurebots

All UK orders include free standard shipping
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (orders after 4pm are processed the next working day) and standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. A tracking number is emailed once your order has shipped.

Returns: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase. Please request a return before sending anything back; you'll receive a returns label and instructions, and items sent back without a return request can't be accepted. Custom or personalised products, sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Contact us straight away if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days.

International deliveries:
Any applicable VAT, import taxes, or customs duties related to an order will be paid by the customer.
International shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout stage.
