Delivery
Some items from our partner brands are sent directly by the brand and follow that brand's own delivery and returns terms. You'll find them in the Shipping & Returns tab on the product page
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is free. Express delivery is also available at checkout for a small charge.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery arrives 2–3 business days after dispatch. Express delivery arrives 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the United Kingdom.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, email admin@dankmer.co.uk and we'll send you a return label and instructions.
Is there anything I can't return?
For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept returns of personal care and beauty products, personalised or custom items (such as a diffuser customised with a name), sale items, gift cards, or flammable liquids. If something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us straight away and we'll put it right.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Diffusers and refills
How long does a Dank Mer reed diffuser last?
Our 50g single diffusers last around 4–5 weeks, and a 100g refill lasts around 8–10 weeks.
How do refills work?
When your diffuser runs low, top it up with a 100g Diffuser Refill in the same scent or try a new one. Our refill oil is highly fragranced and paraben free, with a vegan-friendly base.
Can I personalise a diffuser?
Yes. The Customisable Conical Diffuser can be personalised with a name of up to 10 characters for £5. Choose “Yes” under Customise and enter the name on the product page.
How does the diffuser subscription work?
The Surprise Diffuser Subscription sends you a new scent every 5 weeks: a filled diffuser first, then a different scent refill each time. You can manage your subscription from your account.
Which diffuser makes the best gift?
The Reed Diffuser Set (two 50g diffusers) is our go-to gift, and the personalised Conical Diffuser makes it extra special.

Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify and your payment details are encrypted.
