Delivery time: 2-4 working days. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email with the delivery details, including tracking information. Some orders are dispatched in more than one parcel, which can arrive at different times.
Returns: you have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to return an unwanted item for a refund. Faulty, defective, damaged or incorrect items are eligible for free returns; for other returns the cost of the return is deducted from your refund. Please examine items as you would in a shop and don't start using, assembling or inputting personal data or software into an item you may return. The refund may be reduced by up to 50%, or the return rejected, if the item or packaging has been handled excessively, is not in its original condition (including wear and tear, damaged packaging, cosmetic defects or removed seals), is incomplete, has personal data stored on it, or has been tampered with or repaired by a third party.
International deliveries:
Any applicable VAT, import taxes, or customs duties related to an order will be paid by the customer.
International shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout stage.
