Each item is personalised to order: production takes 3-5 working days, then it's sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, so please allow 5-7 working days in total. Orders can't be delivered to PO Boxes.

Returns: because personalised items are made to your order, they can't be returned for a change of mind unless they arrive faulty, damaged or not as ordered. If there's a problem, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.

International deliveries:
Any applicable VAT, import taxes, or customs duties related to an order will be paid by the customer.
International shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout stage.
