The bracelet has a total of four different charms, one with space for personalisation, up to two initials. The detailed Forget Me Knot and leaf designed charms add softness and the feel of friendship while the gemstones add a splash and depth of colour.

Each item is personalised to order: production takes 3-5 working days, then it's sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, so please allow 5-7 working days in total. Orders can't be delivered to PO Boxes.

Returns: because personalised items are made to your order, they can't be returned for a change of mind unless they arrive faulty, damaged or not as ordered. If there's a problem, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.
