Each personalised item is printed and hand-finished to order in the UK, then sent by Royal Mail. UK delivery usually takes 2-5 working days after dispatch.

Returns: because personalised items are made to your order, they can't be returned for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or with a mistake, please contact us with your order number and a photo and it will be remade free of charge. Items are printed exactly as entered, so please check spelling carefully before ordering.

International deliveries:
Any applicable VAT, import taxes, or customs duties related to an order will be paid by the customer.
