Orders are sent with tracking, and you'll receive your tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Returns and exchanges: you have 14 days from receiving your order to return or exchange it. Shoes must be unworn, in the condition they arrived and with the packaging intact (please don't use the shoebox as the shipping box). One exchange for a different size or model is free. For refunds, return postage is paid by the customer and deducted from the refund, which is usually processed within about 14 business days of the return arriving.

International deliveries:
Any applicable VAT, import taxes, or customs duties related to an order will be paid by the customer.
International shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout stage.
