In-stock items are dispatched from the UK warehouse within 1 working day. Smaller pieces such as bedside and console tables are delivered by DHL Tracked in 1-2 working days. Large and heavy items such as wardrobes, chests of drawers and dining furniture are delivered by a specialist 2-person team in 2-3 working days, and you will be contacted to arrange a delivery slot. Most items need only minimal assembly, such as attaching legs.

Fishe and Lilly may charge extra to deliver large items to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

Returns: you can return items within 30 days of delivery. For a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging; assembled or opened items may have a deduction for reduced value, and a return fee may apply. Any damage in transit must be reported with photos within 10 days of delivery.

International deliveries:
Any applicable VAT, import taxes, or customs duties related to an order will be paid by the customer.
International shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout stage.
