Returns: items in their original condition can be returned for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery; please let us know within 7 working days of receiving them that you'd like to return them. Please don't use the products or open any sealed packaging, and include your dispatch note and order confirmation in the parcel. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, incomplete or incorrect. We recommend recorded delivery and keeping your proof of postage, as items lost in transit can't be refunded. Refunds are made to the original card within 30 days of your cancellation notice.
