Returns: items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date if unworn and in resaleable condition with all tags, boxes and bags included. Return postage is paid by the customer; please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. Earrings and pierced jewellery, personalised items and clearance items can't be returned. Report damaged or faulty items within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the return being received.
