Orders are processed within 2-3 working days and sent by Royal Mail Tracked, usually arriving within 2-3 working days of dispatch. Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may be longer during busy periods.

Returns: items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date if unworn and in resaleable condition with all tags, boxes and bags included. Return postage is paid by the customer; please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. Earrings and pierced jewellery, personalised items and clearance items can't be returned. Report damaged or faulty items within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the return being received.

International deliveries:
Any applicable VAT, import taxes, or customs duties related to an order will be paid by the customer.
