Returns: items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Please contact us with your order number, the item, the reason for the return and photos of the product and packaging, and return instructions will follow within 2-3 working days. Report damaged or faulty items within 7 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked, insured service. A restocking fee may apply if an item isn't in its original condition. Used, washed or damaged items and sale or clearance items can't be returned. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10-14 business days of the return being received.
